  •  The Gang of Five? (5+ / 0-)

    From that ad, you'd never know that we're supposed to be the "united" states.

    The GOP can't win on ideas. They can only win by lying, cheating, and stealing. So they do.

    •  I couldn't figure it out (5+ / 0-)

      I wasn't at all sure just who the Gang of Five is (are?), and didn't want to rerun the ad and try to pause it at the critical point to try and figure it out. I suppose Nancy Pelosi is the leader though. Or maybe Hillary. Dang! Wimmenz, Everywhere! They're (their?) taking over! They're (there?) stealling our precious....everything!

      •  I was a little confused on this also. (7+ / 0-)

        So I watched the ad again. It appears the Gang of Five is much bigger than 5 people. The one frame shows it as;

        1. The extreme liberal leadership of the Democrat Party

        2. The elite media

        3. Smear groups financed by anti-Amurika furners and mega-rich environmentalists

        4. Wall Street liberals

        5. Hollywood partisans.

        And their examples are, best as I can figure, in order;

        1. Obama, Kerry, Hillary, Reid, Schumer, Michael Moore

        2. Rachel and Tweety. (Out of all the "librul media" they come up with 2? Just....2?)

        3. Soros (he must be the anti-Amurika furner) Trumka- AFL_CIO (damn smear group), Axelrod. I didn't see any mega rich enviros so I'm just going with Fishoutofwater and VL Baker

        4. Michael Douglas (because of the movie I guess)

        5. Michael Douglas, Alec Baldwin

        I did notice in the very beginning they said "Democratic candidate Terry Mcauliffe..." Instead of Democrat candidate Terry Mcauliffe. They must have had some Liberal working on editing....

        It's the message that counts:

        See? Are you properly afraid now after this powerful MESSAGE? Cause, SHOULD be AFRAID.

        See how that works?
