  •  Here's where we are now: (7+ / 0-)

    1.  UnConstitutional & Still UnConstitutional:  What Daniel Ellsberg aptly described as "a kangaroo court with a rubber stamp," has issued an "opinion" that it can ignore the Constitution whenever "it" believes it is appropriate. BUT THIS IS STILL UNCONSTITUTIONAL, because they do not have the power to unilaterally override the Constitution without a 2/3rds vote from Congress.  That's how it works.

    2.  Silence is not a Strategy & The Buck Still Stops with Obama:  A fakey attempt at having the foxes review the hen house, which is the only thing we've heard from Pres. Obama to address the outcry, does not take President Obama off the hook.  And no last minute calls to war or otherwise is going to snuff this vitally important issue off the radar of every U.S. citizen who is now getting their Constitutional rights vaporized by the extremely lucrative snoop-FOR PROFITEERS.

    This IS NSA-GATE.

Who knew about it and when, and we DO need to scramble jets until we find out who in our government is abusing power.

Why?  Because if we sweep this under the rug, we have consent to ignore the Constitution and an open invitation to fascism.
