  •  We have learned one thing (23+ / 0-)

from this last few episodes of BB:

If you are of Hispanic descent, you will be killed soon

Let's run down the list, shall we? (Reverse chrono)
Andrea, Gomez, Gus, Victor, Combo. Oh, and virtually everyone who has ever been a part of the Mexican cartel.

Although it was a "slow" episode, it sure did set the table for some massive fireworks next week. How a dying old me can dodge/escape the cops thru 8 miles of snowy NH weather is unclear to me right now. Hovercraft?

Vince Gilligan said "woodworking" is the hint to next week's finale. Maybe this is how Walt escapes thru the woods....

    •  Cool video (9+ / 0-)

Right after BB finished, CNN had a special on Ted Kaczynski. I thought the desolation of Walt's cabin to be similar to Kaczynski's cabin in Lincoln, Montana. The big difference is Walt doesn't have a lot of time to execute from isolation, so he will have to return to ABQ and will most likely get caught or killed.

We know Walt returns to civilization, does he do it with a combination of ricin, lead and explosives? Does he kill the old grad school buddies who stiffed him and then get killed by Todd's gang? I expect the worst. The will be a lot of bodies.

Does Jesse get another beating? His eye just started to heal.

Trivia question: which of Jesse's eyes has been swollen shut more often-- the left or the right?

Perhaps more of interest to me is the stagecraft used to portray those scenes where either one eye or the other is swollen shut. I was watching a past episode and watched carefully to see if there was any movement in the swollen eye when the good eye blinked-- not even a twitch. Not sure if that's good or bad vis reality, but wow, these guys take every detail to ground.

        Amazing TV.
