of crap they do to you anymore.  It has to actually be somewhat effective.

So, instead of ordering a bunch of tests from a clinic the doc has a financial interest in, and getting reimbursed for it, the doc has to show that the tests are actually necessary and will work toward a favorable outcome.

So, when the bullshit unnecessary tests are no longer hogging up the CT machines, more people can get in and get legitimate and necessary tests.

See, all the parts of the system have to be addressed at once.  Getting all the uninsured into the system is the first step and it will be a rough road for a while.  But because docs are now being held accountable for your actual health, instead of how much shit they can do to you, outcomes will be better.  With more people having access to preventative and earlier diagnostics, treatment will be cheaper overall.

Listening to the NRA on school safety is like listening to the tobacco companies on cigarette safety. (h/t nightsweat)

      there won't be enough docs.

I know that even living in a major metro area and  with Medicare and the best Medicare Supplement it can take months to get to see a specialist like a GYN or even an Internist.

With an new influx of insureds, doctors will be even more impacted.

      Need more doctors everywhere.

It’s the Supreme Court, stupid! Followed by: It's always the Supreme Court! Progressives will win only when we convince a majority that they, too, are Progressive.
