    has been used as cover for NSA's nefarious activities. What is happening is that other countries are beginning to call the US on the game.

      "she was unhappy with the information supplied by the US government", as AoT pointed out below? Or was it the "NSA's nefarious activities"?

      The Guardian reported in the same article...

      "SWIFT's top lawyer, Blanche Petre, told the committee that the organisation had "no reason to believe that there has been an unauthorised access to our data."

            information on European financial transactions, which is backed up by various releases of information lately that I'm sure you've heard of. The PRISM program collects information indiscriminately. That includes financial information. The NSA can equivocate about the definition of collect all they want, reasonable people know that what they are doing s collecting information.
