    but the real question is, what does Capito really represent for the future.  She is a rubber stamp Republican, and frankly, they will cut things for the state.  They should grill Capito on social security and disability and Medicare and her votes for the Ryan budget.  This state is so poor and has so many elderly, they will fear a Republican to cut what they need to live on.  Lets have Shelly tell all these rural unemployed folks they need less food stamps and need to get a job to get even a little assistance, and then they need to drive 60 miles each way.  We need to make this about Capito and what she stands for.

      Shelley Moore Capito (who would have a last name that one confuses with "Capital?") can be labeled as a Washington Insider because she's been a Congresswoman for quite some time.  Natalie Tennant isn't an insider so that's something she can bring to the table.  I don't think West Virginians really warm up to Washington insiders very well from what I've come to understand.
