  •  TPP (0+ / 0-)

The TPP is intended to facilitate that kind of trade.  The opponents here are trying to make it so you can't trade around the world the way you have been.  TPP would seem to work in your favor.

Cynicism is what passes for insight among the mediocre.

I can already trade with people like me who are located all over the globe.

These people and I are not stepping on anybody's rights or sovereignty, we're just getting what we like.

The TPP looks to be setting up monopolistic distribution conduits that would stifle peer to peer activity. There is no bar to individuals trading right now other than systemic problems with the various post offices and organized crime and some governmental crime at choke points.

    •  You have facts to support that foolish statement? (4+ / 0-)

Because, all I'm reading here (from you) is a vacuous defense of a big cup of nuthin'...about nuthin', too. Have you read reports from anyone who's actually READ a recent draft of the (circulating) TPP Agreement? What I've learned is that only about 20%-25% of the actual agreement is about "trade." What facts do you have to support your empty statement? Or, are you just here to troll the diary, as you have in some of my previous posts? (About a variety of topics.)
