    ...claim which flies in the face of documentation, both in this post, and in previous posts on the TPP, in my past documentation of those misguided efforts, and recent, annotated commentary from others (including members of Congress). You are the one making unsubstantiated comments here. It's up to you to provide evidence to the contrary. (Otherwise, you're doing little more than trolling.)

      There's no documentation in this post about the classification of the TPP, they just make the same unsubstantiated claim that you did above.  But let me guess, the source of this is Alan Grayson, who said the TPP was classified but didn't bother to mention the classification level or how it differed from other FTA negotiations.  All other commentary on this subject derives from his statement, which all jumped to the conclusion that this was something new, but provided no other documentation.  Am I right?

      You should know enough about classified documents by now to know how impossible it would be to conduct international trade negotiations on text that had to be kept on classified networks and carried to negotiations under proper secrecy.
