    years ago - I was in town and my husband called - PG&E is here to disconnect our power! WTF??!!! I paid the bill!!! So I told him to get into quickbooks and find the check. It turned out - they HAD THE WRONG ADDRESS!

    PG&E  - just about put us out of business. Because they didn't know how to read an address. Unreal. So I dunno. Maybe using a mouse IS better.

    I hope things get better for you twigg. I sure know what you are talking about with juggling the bills. It sucks.

    if a habitat is flooded, the improvement for target fishes increases by an infinite percentage...because a habitat suitability index that is even a tiny fraction of 1 is still infinitely higher than zero, which is the suitability of dry land to fishes.
