    I just about memorized Lost Continents when I was a kid.  It was where I first heard about Churchward, actually.  Great read, even if his theories about Tartassos being the origin of Atlantis have been largely superseded by the Santorini excavations.  Alas, I only had a limited amount of space (and time)...but I definitely will be writing about him at some point.

    As for fringe Egyptology...the only reason I didn't bring up Ramona Louise Wheeler's Walk Like An Egyptian is because she's nuts enough to sue, and I have no money and therefore do not wish to risk legal action.  But I had the unpleasant experience of seeing her at a convention several years ago, and words fail to describe how unimpressed I was by her and her book.
