    If I needed something in a hurry and had to go with a packaged brand I'd go with deCeccho; as others have noted they're pretty good for a mass-produced product and far superior to Barilla.

    Fortunately there is a grocery near me that carries any number of bulk, locally produced pastas. They taste better, they cook faster. And if I really needed, oh, say, lasagna noodles, there's always Ronzoni. But I think the locals make them here as well. If I were really virtuous I'd make pasta from scratch. But I'm not. Still, I'm virtuous enough not to bother with crap like Barilla.
