        Iran continues to insist that her right to enrich uranium be recognized and respected, and continues to offer to accept and abide by the additional protocols if this happens.

        A lot of people have misunderstood both the US position (which is NO ENRICHMENT, not 'more inspections') and the Iranian position (which is "original vintage NPT rules, unless you recognize our right to enrich").
