Prohibition gave us the mob.  The war on drugs gave us gangs and cartels.  Neither affected supply or demand, they just gave us rampant crime by driving the business underground.

There are many small business that should be legitimately operating above board, supplying the market openly.  Criminalizing drugs, just like criminalizing alcohol, only made things worse.  Time to legalize and have sane regulations that don't drive jobs underground, to a sphere ruled only by guns.

One can agree that Obama's continuation of the failed war on drugs policies are destroying freedom and the Right to pursue happiness.  The founding fathers grew and smoked weed.  If it had remained that way, we'd be much better off today.

industrial hemp which, no matter how much you smoke, cannot get you high because of the lack of tetrahydrocannabinol...

Although a surfeit of bong hits could explain why the cognitive dissonance of slave owners saying "all men are created equal and are endowed by their creator with the inalienable rights of life, liberty and the pursuit of happiness"...

Fear doesn't just breed incomprehension. It also breeds a spiteful, resentful hate of anyone and everyone who is in any way different from you.
