    Clearing the cache has no effect because that isn't the problem. When I call you know what they say? "The system is down. Try later" !?!?! They're as stuck as I am.

      you must realize that nearly everyone must have their application in by that time. Some actually have to have it in sooner. I will need to make a decision by the end of November or I will miss my open enrollment deadline where I currently get insurance. If I don't meet that deadline, I can't apply again until next year.

      I guess what I'm saying is, we all have reasons we need to get in. Refreshing the page constantly only makes it harder for people to get in. Take a step back, try again another day. If you can't get in, close the browser and try later that day, or the next day. There will be a day that you will try, and will be able to get in and get it done. I guarantee it will be within the next week or two.

      I'd like to start a new meme: "No means no" is a misnomer. It should be "Only 'Yes' means yes." Just because someone doesn't say "No" doesn't mean they've given consent. If she didn't say "Yes", there is no consent.
