    ...but I already tried that (Chrome and IE) and I don't have javascript disabled in either. It's a javascript button apparently.

      The Security settings of Internet Options in Windows Control Panel affect other browsers, not just IE. I've found that if you have something disabled in Internet, even Trusted sites can be impacted and not function properly.

      I'm not very familiar with Chrome, but Firefox treats Internet Options as system globals rather than maintaining their own security settings like they used to.
