I can see a few Democratic pickups in November 2014, but it will be next to impossible to pick up the Assembly.

The focus needs to be on Walker, and probably more importantly the State Senate.  The 17 odd-numbered seats are up again.  Gaining a net of two seats flips the Senate.

In the 17th, if Schultz (R) doesn't run, that is a prime seat for a Democrat.

In the 19th, Ellis (R) faces fierce opposition.

That is two seats.  However, we need to keep in mind that due to redistricting, it is unlikely that Lehman (D) will hold the 21st.

If Vinehout (D) from the 31st district runs for Governor, that leaves her seat leaning Dem, but not as solidly Dem.

With the retirements of Jauch (25th) and Cullen (15th), both Dems, they are likely to be held by Democrats.

In 2010, the 23rd and 29th were flipped from Dem to Rep representation.  Those will not be easy to flip back.
