    ... Resources to promote good candidates ought to go first to those districts where we stand a fair chance of winning the seat.

    Keeping the Senate (hopefully, gaining one or two seats) and getting at least 17 seats in the House will be a challenge even with resources aplenty - campaign financing and the best/brightest staff - poured into those states and districts.

    2014 IS COMING. Build up the Senate. Win back the House : 17 seats. Plus!

      But that is down the road a bit and timing is everything.  The larger public is passive in receiving information, even on such grave matters as this.  Sound bites work, nuanced, contextual dissertations do not.  I'm not seeing our groups engaging much at all despite reports of record hauls.
