  •  I have the 1869 version of R&J (3+ / 0-)

Geoffrey Simon conducting. I bought this disk for the original version of the Little Russian Symphony. It is one disk. Chandos
I also got Yuri Simonov conducting the 3rd (usual) version of R&J, along with Capriccio Italien and the 1812 Overture. Royal Philharmonic Masterworks

......of the original "Little Russian" had just the symphony, no filler.  Obviously a candidate for some rejuggling of material in a later CD issue.  We had the Tchaikovsky Piano Concerto No. 1 at opening weekend of the symphony a few weeks back, with Kirill Gerstein as soloist (very fine).
