    is Irish, but Norman.

    Evidently a name that people from St Aubin-sur-Mer (a Canadian beach on D-Day) brought first to England, then to Ireland.

    Several common Irish names, like Burke and Delaney, have similar Norman roots.

    A public option for health insurance is a national priority.
