    The options you get are constrained by your state. And if you don't verify that info, you'd get lots of people looking at everything, just because they think they'd get a better deal. Not sure how they'd think that, but you know they will. Then when they have to sign up, they won't get what they wanted because what they want is only available in ca, but they won't have realized what they were even looking at before.

    That would be bad. Worse than an overloaded site.

      "by answering only what was necessary"... In other words, go on, pick your state, enter your income, browse plans... pick plan... create account.

      I just think the order of operations could have been better to relieve stress to the system.

      I live in Florida... we're not strong with counting down here.
