    The first plotline involves a major corporation buying the presidency in order to commit an environmental attrocity of shipping earth's dirt and atmosphere into space to form their own satellite planet where only rich people get to live.

    As an over the top comedy that involves Branson Missouri, Pauly Shore and Donny Osmond look alikes.  And it is uproariously funny.
