I've read several sites where people are asking about petitioning for an IRS or sedition investigation on the Kochs.

The end game wouldn't necessarily be prosecution. Just start with the investigation.

The Koch Brothers have something most corporations don't - a personal relationship with the 1%. They dine together, play golf, go to the ballet, yachting, etc.... The obscenely rich are very private & want NO attention. The one thing they hate more than anything is being gossiped about by their peers. They want to be applauded by their peers, looked up to by the 99%, & leave a philanthropic legacy. They do not want to be known as the traitors who terrorized America.

Their weak spot is publicity. Just open an investigation & they will make mistakes. They think their wealth protects them and makes them smarter than anyone else. It doesn't. That's an egotistical miscalculation & their downfall.
