There are already employee owned corporations which you would think could run their company any way they see fit; altho as someone who has owned a couple of businesses, the devil is always in the details and not everyone plays well together.

Why does your plan involve a trust?

Why does everyone have to be full-time? Not everyone needs or wants to work a full work week. Job sharing and flex time have been two very successful ideas that wrok in real life.

The sole reason people are concerned about being full-time right now is because of our "uniquely American" and pathetically stupid practice of tying healthcare coverage to employment.

There is a co-operative movement.. it is an interesting business model - on paper.. but yeah, details & people.. the former can be manipulated better for the niche & people is the fun part.. we make things work! or not..
