        it is germane to the statement he made today, which seems to clearly indicate that he has ruled out the use of available Constitutional remedies granted to him, his office, or the majority in Congress.

        Rather like when he refused to avail himself of remedies to prosecute the obvious war criminal that preceded him.

        I can't imagine why you would misunderstand that...

          Not doing what the Constitution lets him do, because he sees reasons not to do so. That makes sense.

          Those reasons might even be good ones, of course. Just because you can do something doesn't make it the best choice.

            I don't believe he will, primarily because he just got up in front of the world and basically said as much. And heaven forfend, what would The Right say if he went back on his Word? Well, we just can't find out, can we?
