    One point seven million gallons of water a day should be a snap for the military to fly in. Of course, it could be a little bit costly for the taxpayers, but so what, we are talking about critical national security spying here.


    Carbon dioxide in the atmosphere is now 400ppm. That is "Climate Cluster Chaos". (hat tip to JeffW for CCC)
