    Most Dem voters in that district sleep through the primary. That was why Miller and Dutton made the runoff in the first place. The only way Miller doesn't make the top two is if some other Republican drops a ton of $ and swamps him, and why would anyone drop a ton of $ on a race that's practically hopeless?

      I see the results being something like this:

      Miller 45%
      Aguilar 25%
      Baca 15%
      Reyes 10%
      Tillman 5%

      And then Aguilar easily beats Miller in November.  But Miller should take 1st, and by quite a bit, in the primary.
