We will take more economic casualties, a lot more, for this to hurt enough for the American public to throw them out.  That's why it's so important that nobody, NOBODY, forgets who did this and keeps trumpeting it.  Americans MUST be reminded of everything the Dem's did to avoid the pain that's coming.  They MUST be reminded, constantly, about the efforts made by Obama to stop it.  To keep his end of the "compromised" 2011 budget as the basis for the clean CR.  We MUST call our Reps every day and voice our anger (for those of us who can still afford a phone).  They have declared far more than obstruction, they're going to declare economic war, and we MUST defeat them.

When the 14th Amendment was ratified, U.S. Sen. Benjamin Wade, an Ohio Republican, argued, "Every man who has property in the public funds will feel safer when he sees that the national debt is withdrawn from the power of a Congress to repudiate it and placed under the guardianship of the Constitution than he would feel if it were left at loose ends and subject to the varying majorities which may arise in Congress."
Those who vote Nay are traitors.
