    as considering Obamacare is a groundbreaking piece of legislation they should have designed the site to handle at least 300 million visitors per day.  I have no idea how much it cost to develop.

      But if it really did cost $600 million, a number so large as to be nearly unbelievable, you would hope it would be more robust than it is.

      Amy Goodman had a software expert on her show, Democracy Now, a few days ago who has seen some of the code and is very concerned that the problems experienced at the outset are emblematic of the architecture problems along with poor code development.
