    The idea that congressional aides do not have a high level exam or test to be qualified is irresponsible. As though running the office of the most powerful people in the country is just like a fast food place. Its not.

    A true craftsman will meticulously construct the apparatus of his own demise.

      be feigned.  How na├»ve can an adult be in Washington DC with lobbyists coming at you from all directions?  Especially if the member had a prior career as an attorney representing high profile corporate clients in appellate cases.
