    20-30. I think that group is the one that are in the most moderate house seats, so they will support it.

    I think the vast majority, more worried about primary challenges, will have hold back, wait until the yeas hit 217, and then vote no.

      No formal whip count.
      I even see a chance that House leadership will split on it.  
      Combine that with Heritage Action and CfG "keying" no votes on it, I think Boehner might have to cast one of those votes himself and Pelosi and her team will have to bring every single Democrat on board.

      But this is all just speculation on my part.
