    You are spot-on about Franco nailing Ginsberg -- even the speech patterns! -- and the breathless, revelatory way his sentences would come out of his mouth.  

    Radcliffe wouldn't have been my first choice, but he does ok in the role.  The director turns the energy in the film toward Carr, Kammerer, and in very key moments, Burroughs.  

    There's a lot of emphasis on the writing, the notion of writing as creativity against daunting odds.  I'm thinking anybody with a DKos name like yours would appreciate the film.
