  •  Isn't this the Hastert rule? (0+ / 0-)

    There has been a  precedent since Gingrich, and a rule since Hastert (late 90s) that a vote doesn't come to the floor unless a majority of the majority party is in favor of it.  

    Am I wrong?

      Hastert was for R's developed by R's to support R's...

      Not "ours" theirs... crafted R-ight before the shutdown for the shutdown all for the shutdown..

      This is how to operate in the game... move the goalposts.. kick the can.. change a rule.. not adhere a rule - unless favors us.. & point fingers to shift the focus of blame on the "other" guys..

      Nullfying democracy is something that they do for fun?..

          only prob.. we / at least I am no political scholar.. but I know how to use all kinds of tools.. 1 being my squished noodles.
