  •  I read your diary first thing this morning (0+ / 0-)

It haunted me all day because you touched me and I wanted to respond but couldn't find the right tone.  Now late at night and with a Vicodin in me for a migraine, I will tell you that you moved me and saddened me and yet also gladdened me that I am not alone.  When I was in my twenties I lived in Sarasota and worked for miminum wage and had senior friends whe were really suffering.  Never believed that I would become one of them.   As of now I'm still employed but only a couple of missed paychecks or big medical bills from being on the streets.   WIhat makes this really twist in the heart is that it's being done deliberately by fellow Americans who think they're doing 'God's work' by killing us.  By taking away what we have striven for all of our lives.  They're evil and we must band together and become a family they cannot destroy.    I'm 62, not very fit, diabetic and with a bad knee but I'm ready to go to the streets, we must all be ready to go to the streets we cannot let them have our country.  Bless you vetwife and other sisters, let us keeep fighting this for as long as we can.  We are the greatest generation and the last great hope for this country that we love.
