    Default is unconstitutional, so can they just say Senate rules allow this to happen?

      if market confidence is tanked through the uncertainty created by these mouth-breathers.

      If I was China, I might be inclined to look at this week's events as evidence that this country will never again have its shit together. That is potentially bad news for the US, regardless of whether the debt ceiling is constitutional or not.
