should choose NOT to run, in '16?

We shouldn't put all our eggs in one basket, especially when the basket's availability isn't secure.

And 2) weak Dem opponents, Hillary will run.

She won't leave this country high and dry like that. She has worked too hard to let it be handed over to true crazies.

(Of course, this presumes ability, that there's no reason she can't run. )

You're right: we shouldn't make assumptions or put all our faith in one person. But Hillary is stubborn and has dedicated her life to this country. There is no way she's going to let Ted Cruz saunter off with it unimpeded (or minimally impeded) if she possibly can stop that from happening

So if you get hit by a bus tonight, would you be satisfied with how you spent today, your last day on earth? Live like tomorrow is never guaranteed, because it's not. -- Me.

        and the passage of time.

Don't misunderstand me. The former First Lady has -- like the current First Lady -- my deepest respect and admiration (as does, before her, Rosalynn Carter and Lady Bird Johnson; it is perhaps better we don't look too hard at my opinions of Nancy Reagan or Barbara Bush, who either enabled or emboldened those who worked hardest, in my lifetime, to alter my nation beyond recognition, and not, in my opinion, for the better by a single iota. My personal jury is still out on Laura Bush).

But let's consider that maybe, possibly, she'd be inclined to do something other than give four or eight more years of her life, covered in bullseyes by the GOP and their misogynistic allies, to politics.
