    I've been cruising the friends of friends' feed on FB and the firebreathers all believe:

    1. The shutdown was brilliant
    2. Obama The Evil shut down NPS sites, military and border patrol pay, etc.
    3. RINOs sold them out.
    4. ACA will fail on its own very soon. They will stop ACA

    They're furious and contemplating a third party. Apparently the Teaparty isn't extreme enough for them.

       Our local subspecies of Wingnuttia Merrikunenis are pretty sure that shutdown was a BAD thing and therefore Obama's doing.  Of course the NM economy depends heavily on federal dollars in general and the national labs in particular, so there may be a little self-interest involved.

        Depends on where you're located.

        The major congregation of RWNJs I was "listening in" on are mostly in Texas and/or in an industry that is less affected by federal government than many.
