    they can right now. The party of personal responsibility can't ever own its mistakes. It is always someone else's fault. No theory is too bizarre. No excuse is to far fetched. No justification is beyond the pale. Karl is playing them for suckers again. Offering them an out and they will take it and regurgitate it ad nauseum until it becomes a proven truth for them. This is the republican party today. Reality is woven out of lies repeated so often they become the real narrative. Its disgusting, deceitful and fucking dangerous.

      The party of personal responsibility can't ever own its mistakes.
      It is NEVER their fault.  Remember 911 was because Clinton did something, one day a decade earlier that set the entire thing into motion.

      The crash of 2008 couldn't possibly have been Bush's fault because Obama became President immediately afterwards.

      It is like they have forgotten the entire last 2.5 decades: Republicans controlled much of the Congress (1994 - 2006) and the White House (2000 - 2008), ruined the place and leave the mess for someone else . . . then point fingers.
