    a non driver photo ID? We have that here in WA, so that people who need photo ID from the state will have one whether they drive or not.  And does Texas have the REAL ID program whereby for a slightly larger fee, the license will also verify citizenship and can be used like the passport card?  And what is the law on optional or required name change for women in Texas?

      if you can get to their office with the required documents. You can fill out the application online, get a list of the probative documents, etc.

      Getting a ride to a Driver's License office is the big remaining handicap, but in some urban areas they're staying open Saturday mornings now.

      Note: this FREE VOTER ID is USELESS for any other purpose. But, if you're of a certain age, it never expires.
