    If Wall Street comrades like S&P can recognize that the economy lost so much by the shutdown, they ought to realize also that the government's spending that much has a multiplying factor that stimulates the economy well beyond the amount "spent" (injected into the economy).

    And the corollary of that is limiting government spending also reduces the economic growth which Wall St loves.
