    they're quoting are just for accounts not for actual enrollments. I'm worried about accurate data getting fed to the carriers in a timely manner and how they're going to provide support for people who don't get a card and have no idea where the failure occurred in the process.   Who do you call if you think you got insurance but get nothing?  

    One area I really fault them in is not providing really good instructions that people can print out and know just what happens at every step in the process and when and what to look for throughout.  That doesn't require software.
