      At least three high security systems lie on the back end. Would you prefer a "web site" in which just anyone can pretend to be someone else in a system that identifies people as a certain individual, citizenship status, tax status and as not being a fraud or even criminal?

      Just look at the Medicaid thing. They wrote the law with the expectation that all the states would do exchanges and expand Medicaid but the Supreme Court changed all that (and that didn't happen till the end of June 2012). Some states didn't decide to opt out until this last summer and some STILL haven't decided. I don't know how they could have everything up and running under those circumstances.
