I think one of Collective Soul's CDs can install that so you could access the multimedia part.  I had Lynx installed on my XP box.

I'm thinking of clearing the decks for a KDE installation.  The last time I was really happy with my computer was Ubuntu 8.10 (gnome based, but you can crank around KDE).

My current problem is Grub2 grabbing my drives and making them inoperable when I swap (which I do all the time).

I'm running XP 64 which clunks along well enough, but for how long?  I've tried 7 32 on a Laptop and am unimpressed.

on a desktop with a core 2 processor (1.862 ghz) but did up the ram to 8 gb and install a Radeon 7700.  It works well enough.  I prefer KDE and besides Kubuntu there is also Linux Mint with KDE.

I will try to post tomorrows Daily Show/Colbert, but no guarantees. :D
