    It is sickening how they are being used now, to drain $$$ from public schools, and concentrate the higher-need students into the public schools (which now have less funding.)
    It is happening everywhere, but I don't think anyone is as brazen or funded in the effort as Walker.

      but there's even a third and even worse system here -- the vouchers.  I believe we're close to 27,000 students on vouchers at this point, and money is simply pouring in from out of state to try to elect candidates who will let the vouchers balloon even further statewide.
