    to get insurers off the hook for as much of women's healthcare as they can manage.

    In once instance, just make sure there are no retail outlets (no PP clinics)
    In another, just make sure there will be no referring physicians...
    In another instance, it will be - there is no demand for that service so we don't need to be accredited to offer that service it anymore.

    Oh and by the way, in the board room... Our insurance premiums will fall by x% if we drop y & z services.

    More generally we should also be looking especially closely at any hospitals, university clinics, and businesses that claim to be self insured.
