    that stop-and-frisk is the only policy Kelly has implemented in his years as NYPD commissioner. But it wasn't, and I never said it was. So your "don't let facts stand in your way" comment is nonsensical. The "facts" are that crime is way down under Kelly, period.

      While violent crimes fell 29 percent in New York City from 2001 to 2010, other large cities experienced larger violent crime declines without relying on stop and frisk abuses: 59 percent in Los Angeles, 56 percent in New Orleans, 49 percent in Dallas, and 37 percent in Baltimore.
      As to other policies, yes, there's the seven year long infiltration of mosques that never produced a single actionable lead. There's interfering in investigations in foreign countries and causing strains in international relations.

        in the 90s. New York has had less of a drop in crime since 2011 than those cities because its crime had already dropped so much from the 80s to the late 90s.
