    are afforded the rights of equal protection and due process of the law. Not merely "citizens", or "citizens and legal residents", but all "persons".

    Denial of free educational services otherwise available to everyone else is a violation of the Equal Protection Clause of the Constitution, regardless of your citizenship or legal resident status.

    Now that is real freedomz.
