  •  We are sort of in a situation in MI (4+ / 0-)

    where Republicans have total control of all branches.  They got the Governor's seat, both houses of congress AND the MI Supreme court and some other lower judges.  Guess no one knows until they try, but getting the MI Supreme Court to take down a corporation or other Republican officials would probably be a long shot.  Oh, and did I also mention the AG is republican?  Yep.  Not hard to go for total corruption with that line up.

    But it would be interesting to see who can bring a charge and the route that would take.
