It seems that most of these Teapartiers dont understand this most critical rule.

Yes, you can squabble over who gets which cool toy or bone.  Sometimes, it's easy for those disagreements to get heated.

But every well socialized dog knows that a timely playbow or "Boof!" (and then you take off zooming )  initiates play and deflates the building tension.

Life should be about being a cordial member of a family or pack, and enjoying your position.  It shouldn't be about guarding your position in the hierarchy or hoarding stuff all the time.

At the end of the day,  everyone is happier, everyone eats better, and everyone sleeps warmer when snuggling in a warm pile.

Those who grab, bite and refuse to play sleep alone.

And eventually, NO ONE wants to play with them, ever.

    (Hear that, Ted Cruz?)

So if you get hit by a bus tonight, would you be satisfied with how you spent today, your last day on earth? Live like tomorrow is never guaranteed, because it's not. -- Me.

I just returned from the dog park, where my quite fearful shelter dog get his groove on and instigates play and run-around fun with the other dogs, many of which are bigger than he is. It brings a smile to everyone's face, while the bullying antics of the occasional pushy male dog (and male owner) are frowned upon.

Ted Cruz is the barking dog who won't shut up and wonders why everyone in the neighborhood has moved their activities to the "other" dog park.
