...to Arkansas? Or does he plan to grandstand that he wasn't given "reasonable flexibility to have a program that will work best for PA?"

I despise the very idea of privatizing Medicaid in this manner, but opening the barn door to Arkansas sort of makes it difficult to say no to PA IF Corbett drops the job search nonsense.

Change does not roll in on the wheels of inevitability, but comes through continuous struggle. --Martin Luther King Jr.

... I live in PA and he came in as a moderate but has ruled like Attila the TeaBagger.   That and his dirty Sandusky laundry make him the least popular Guv in the USA.   HHS should take a hard line with him.   No tests or hoops, just expansion, period.  He will take what he can get because it is his only hope for reelection.

I really don't mind steering people onto the websites but make them adopt there own site in 2015. Call Kentucky for advice.

expansion in 2015, probably even before taxing the shale business to help schools and infrastructure and a host of other measures needed to rescue the state from Corbett's ideological extreme measures.

        His job search requirements?
People apply for Medicaid as the last resort. At that point, many are too sick to work.
        Heartless, that's Corbett.
Except toward his fossil fuel friends, big business, and a few others of ALEC persuasion.
