    The code wasn't pirated, they still have every right to use it.

    The Republican party has become the politburo of capitalism. It seeks to direct the direction this country is going NO MATTER WHAT WE THE PEOPLE THINK.

      It is open source. They can certainly use it for free. To use it without attribution is pretty sleazy. Good luck getting someone to admit doing that.

        Tens of people might review the code and it's possible one might open the credentials file...for shits and giggles... and miss out on the opportunity to give proper kudos for work well done.

      They're only allowed to use the software if they follow the license terms, just like any other software.

      Same situation as a free e-book on Amazon. Even though it's free, you're still not allowed to plagarize it. The author still owns the copyright.
